We hope that you will be delighted with any product purchased from Amelie, occaisionally though we know that you will want to return items.

Provided that the item is returned unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding postage.

For returns we recommend that you use registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Damaged goods: All orders are carefully checked and hand packed prior to despatch, however in the unlikely event that you find your order damaged or faulty please email us: enquiries@amelieenprovence.com to arrange a return. Upon receipt (please include a written description of the problem), we will replace or refund.

No liability is accepted for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
